Founder and Executive Director
Anne Bonfiglio’s life-long goal has been to help underprivileged minority youth improve their future through a career. She has taught high school students preparing girls for the New York State Regents exams, and has tutored in remedial English classes at Kingsborough College. Bonfiglio spent 22 years in computer technology, moving up the ladder from programmer to manager to director to Information Technology Auditor. She worked in the public and private sectors. In her last position, she managed the computer systems supporting the general ledger, investment systems and treasury systems at MetLife, for which she led and successfully completed a major re-engineering project. Bonfiglio is a Certified Internal Systems Auditor (CISA) and has managed large teams of people and projects.
Geraldine Curulli, MS
Geraldine Curulli received her BS from Quinnipiac University and certificate in Medical Technology from Yale-New Haven Hospital . Before teaching she worked for 3 years in the Hematology Lab at Yale and 7 years at New York/Cornell Hospital Blood Bank. At Brooklyn College , she completed her MS in Biology and General Science Education.
Geraldine is currently a retired high school science teacher with 22 years of service in the New York City school system. Most of her teaching career was spent at James Madison High School in Brooklyn where she was involved in a variety of academic and social activities, focused on enhancing the students’ potential and improve the school environment.
She is a member of the Principal’s Advisory Committee which later became the School Based Support Team, including parents and students, focused on addressing current school issues. She is also a member of NYC/Lehman College Writing Consortium to help teachers create better writing skills in their classrooms and part of a group of Brooklyn science teachers partnered with University of California Berkeley to develop a laboratory group-based science and sustainability curriculum.
Jennifer White is the founder of WhiteWave Consulting LLC, and teaches Strategic Planning at Baruch College. She has over 15 years experience helping organizations improve their people talent and organizational effectiveness. She has worked with many large organizations including Accenture, Cargill, HP, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, MasterCard, Mercer, Pfizer, UPS, and Xerox. Over the last few years, the company was engaged in organizational design, change management, and communications.
Jennifer has a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Alliant University and a B.A. in psychology and business administration from UCLA. In addition to her Board duties at PSA, she is VP of Programs for the NYC Society of Human Resource Management and President of L.A.C.E. Toastmasters and Mentoring Program Lead for Bryant Park Toastmasters.
Jennifer joined PSA because she believes strongly in providing underserved youth with the career/job planning resources to give them a leg up in their pursuit of meaningful and enjoyable work. “You can lose a job, but you can’t lose an education or the skills of a trade.”
As chairman of CW Castle Associates, Chris develops client-specific IT and telecom solutions for small to mid-size businesses, healthcare/medical organizations, and nonprofits. He has expertise in business technology consulting, systems analysis, business and channel development, phone/VoIP installation and programming. Additionally, Chris provides client hardware and software training, as well as backup and tech support. He is proficient in cloud computing, CRM, VoIP, IP PBX, ITIL, unified communications, managed IT services, and computer hardware, representing the latest technology and computer networking protocols.

As managing partner of Abraham Global, Julbert leverages 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing and management to instruct, train, and educate students, business professionals, corporate executives in social media marketing and positioning strategies. This includes effective use of LinkedIn and emerging social media communication platforms. His company works with teams and individuals from small to large organizations in the Greater New York City Metropolitan area
Andy Romeo, MSOD
Andy Romeo is a senior level Human Resources executive, with a reputation for delivering results by helping define a blueprint for high-performance, linking it to measurable operating activities, and encouraging teams to do extraordinary things.Passionate about talent, teams, and customers, Andy has worked as an SVP of HR conecting business operations, to human capital functions in the Fashion and Retail Industries. Anam Iqbal is Import & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Peekay International, New York, NY.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the City College of New York (CUNY) – New York, NY.
In her role, Iqbal works with the USDA to submit and obtain permits for the import of products and with the FDA to ensure its regulatory compliance. She monitors and analyzes safety regulatory requirements and related findings to impact proactive measures for regulatory approval. She assists in the development and implementation of regulatory best practices, processes, and procedures for new products.
